Regional I-Corp Courses

Regional I-Corps courses are designed to help faculty, researchers, and graduate students assess the commercial viability of their technology-based innovations. Using the Lean LaunchPad methodology (also known as Lean Startup), participants systematically test key assumptions about their innovations and identify customer problems their technology can solve better than current alternatives. This process, known as finding “technology-problem fit,” is a critical first step toward commercial success for any technology venture.

Through this program, participants:

Learn and apply customer discovery techniques to gain a deeper understanding of their ecosystem and stakeholders.
Receive guidance from trained instructors and mentors to identify key milestones and chart a commercialization pathway.
